Hi team, My parents had travelled in apsrtc (Kakinada-vizag) service no : 2669 on 04- nov-2018. Conductor misbehaved/ rudely behaved when my parents was asking him to stop the bus near anakapalli bypass. As my parents are senior citizens, is this the correct way to behave so badly. I booked mt ticket at 22nd october and canceled 22nd october i want refund i called apsrtc customer care they told from apsrtc side they initiated but bank not refunding call them i cal them they is no option hoe to contact bank persons
