I was trying to apply Permanent Driving License Test in https://aprtacitizen.epragathi.org/#!/dlmodule portal
i made a payment of Rs.960/- for test but my amount was debited from my bank account but it was showing payment failed in status
i tried second time also . same issue repeated . i am requesting you to please look into these issue

Please help me refund my money back.
