I have taken my transfer certificate and cleared all my dues, applied for od & cmm by uploading all required certificates and by paying concern fee. Its been
1month i completed the whole process but not got my od yet in post. There is not even chance of tracking it anywhere. Please do consider my request and dispense my original degree as soon as possible....

Sir/mam i am a 2019 passed out student of sir c. R. Reddy college of engineering, eluru which is affiliated to andhra university..
As iam planning for higher studies in abroad..
I need cmm urgently in order to submit for visa filing..
Please let me know the process, how to get a cmm for a recently passed out student..
This is related to my career sir/mam.

I visited to andhra university for some documents in august month i am very much dissatisfied with his reckless behaviour and response towards students. I felt very much hurted by his words and he is showing negligence towards students documents work. I hope so this complaint against that person will change his attitude towards students and make him response properly

Sir... I have urgency of getting original degree for getting a job in government sector. I have applied my original degree in tatkal mode and consolidated marks list in normal mode. I got to know that we don't get od without getting cmm.. So for cmm in normal mode, i have paid 600/-. Its tatkal amount is 1200/-.. I have contacted e5. They said that for changing into tatkal, paying another 600/- is enough. But when i decided to apply again today it was asking 1200 again.. Please help me to solve this problem

I have applied for migration certificate on 27/06/2019. I should receive it within 4days. Till now i didnt receive my certificate. I am trying to contact you people. You are not answering the calls. I want to cancel my tatkal application for od, i want to apply through normal mode for od. Please help me how can i do my cancellation. I have not pay the fees.
Their was no option to change the mode of application in status of fees payment.
How could i change the mode of application.

2 days back i submitted my application on request of provision certificate and marks memos of my degree because of counselling i need, they said to come after 2days to collect the provision certificate but when I came to take my provision certificate after 2days they said come after a day .My home is very distance from au administration and registration office but they are responding very rudely i don't like the respect they give to students. They are busy with other works also i understood but that's the work they choose so they have to work very patiently towards the students .I need immediate reaction of my certificate.how can i come that much times, they have to work fast without interrupting the works

I got my graduation certificate from Andhra University with my name spelling typed wrongly. The requested URL /service/apser.php was not found on this server."
and physically, here there is no other chance to apply for OD and CMM Certificates in Andhra University. there are only accepting online web application...

My name is sai aruna pushpa written bsc mpc degree examination in bvk college in distance mode in nov 2013 and the register no.11bs00046. I have appeared practicals in all the maths, physics and chemistry. But, i have received statement of marks for bsc (Ccs) degree examination at the end of second year nov.2013 showing practical marks as nil. The official memorandum no. Sde/exams-ii/bsc/2013 (33) with serial no.200. When i applied original degree certificate from au, the application was rejected saying that the ii year practical marks were not received by au from bvk college. When the bvk college was approached, the authorities saying that they have already sent the practical marks from bvk. This has been going on for the last four months and i have not yet received my original degree certificate from au.

Sir i lost my 2nd and 3rd year mark sheets but i have my original documents. Please suggest me the way to get marks sheets. Please sir i'm in urgent need pleast advise me what is the procedure. I have complete my graduation in government degree college chodavaram in bsc chemistry stream. Now i just want to get 2nd and final year marks sheets. Please tell me the procedure as soon as possible.

For some urgent information we are searching for the phone numbers. When we call to any of the number, they won't even answer the call. Though they lift call also direct us to some other number without listening to us... And they will say that mistakenly they kept this number, this is not the number for enquiry. This happened almost all the times. Kindly be informative.

Firstly, they sent first semester marks memos twice to our college instead of second semester. So I went to E5 section and submitted a letter from our college along with stamp and sign of our principal requesting second sem marks memo. It has been more than a month now, but still I did not get my marks memo. They have been delaying saying every possible reason like printer is not working, today we have hectic schedule, ask your college people to come for this, etc etc. I spent so much money travelling to and fro to AU. And they DON'T answer any phone calls. This is really ANNOYING. I have come all the way from gajuwaka to AU so many times just to listen their bloody excuses, would have been better if they answer my calls. And they speak as if they are doing a charity work there... Kindly someone remember them that they are getting paid to do this exact job. Iam vexed up and very much frustrated with them. I don't know if this complaint is really read or not, please provide a phone number for complaints.

I applied for mca od and mca markslist. I paid money for both certificates.
[protected] i came to viskhapatnam andhra university and attached the paid money copies and xerox copies of my mca provisional, marks list, degree markslist and ssc marks memo.

After 10 day (Means[protected] i received mca od only. But i did not get mca marks list.

I will provide details below and attachments of money paid for od and marks list.

I am studying m. A. Political science through andhra university distance education with i'd no. 17po00342. I wrote first year exams in july 2018. My marks list is not received yet. After several enquiries over phone they told me on[protected] that i have to pay penalty of rs.300/_ as i sent exam fee lately. At the time of issuing h. T they didn't tell me. So, i immediately send a d. D no 520800 of rs.300/_ on[protected] through registered post which was delivered on[protected]. I waited for one month for my marks list and called again on[protected]. They gave reply after one hour to wait one more week with very negligent manner and not telling dispatched details. Also they are not telling whether i passed or failed. So, i request the concerned authority to take action on those officials who are cause to made late and made me mentally stressed and give me compensation as early as possible.
