I have completed B.Tech(cse) in 2019 from Andhra University. I had applied for the Provisional Certificate through their online portal(https://services.andhrauniversity.edu.in) on 30/08/2021 22:04:11. I had paid 200 as the processing fee for that. But I haven't received my Provisional Certificate to my registered address. I have followed up with the provided email Address and even tried calling their help desk number but haven't had an luck.br...

Hi I was looking for applying transcripts and to be frank the website needs lot of refinement. Looking for university it took more than 10 min and I can't even search university name with initials. If a website is taking that much time, it means it require a huge update. Thank you for considering the request!

When submitting it is asking for login, if I choose with google account it shows a 404 error.

I applied od & cmm certificates online and application i submitted directly . In E8 section msc organic chemistry still im not received any thing i almost spent 2900 im from guntur.
Please help me and give me some suggestions

Iam sridhar dakua, b.ed student of j.e.s. college of education, pendurthi. andhra university 2017-19 batch...i appear b.ed first year exam and i had failed in english subject.after that i apply for revaluation and cleared in english subject.but when i check my certificate in college i found that i have failed in 3 subjects namely english, ict and philosophy.
after that i try to discuss about revaluatoin certificate, to staffs but they said that they had not get revaluation certificate of mine.after that i apply again for english subject to appear the exam..and when exam comes i go to collect my hall ticket and college staff said that you have not filled form fill up..after that it harass me and i didnot know what i do...afer some time college staff give me answersheet having handwritten registration number..and i apper the exam..after finishing the asked to the college staffs wheather my result will publish or not and college staffs tell me that abiously your result will publish.
it's result was published recentely and when i check my result it shows that invalid hall ticket no..result not shows.means totally 2017 to 2020, , four years passed, but i cannot find my first year result, , how i believe this university?so totally harasment univesity and i said never join this university.i lost my carrer .

I have applied for my B.Com Original Degree certificate in Tatkal (Jan 12th 2022) through online and sent all the required document to E2 section, Andhra University by speed post. I haven't received the Original Degree certificate to my postal address. I am trying to reach out to university provided E2 section (B.Com section) contact number [protected].

I tried calling the above number for almost last 10 days(tried in morning and evening) but no one is picking the call.
When we paid 4800/- to get the certificate, university should provide some sort of tracking either through online or above mentioned phone number.
Now I am clueless when I am going to receive my original degree as it very urgent to join my new job.

Once students graduate they move away to different states or even countries. In this digital age it is meaningless that for applying for certificates or any documents students must travel all the way to the university. Current covid pandemic situation makes it even more risky to do so. Its fascinating that such large universities do not have option/facility for students to apply/pay for documents online and receive them directly at home.

I recently tried to submit for transcripts for my wife at Andhra university who graduated 7 years ago. I noticed that the fee is stupidly large. Based on their online transcript system the charge is coming to 1400 Rs per transcript. Though the final consolidated marks sheet is only 1 paper based on semesters it is counted as 7. For every year beyond 5 years after graduation they are adding Rs.50 per year not again for entire document but 7*50 = Rs.350 for all semesters. If a person applies for 10 copies he will have to shell around 14, 000 Rs for just 10 transcripts.

Being a government run institution I find it amusing that they are charging such high costs. They must be reduced immediately. Verifying details might be time consuming for 1st copy but additional copies are straight forward. Cost of more than Rs.200 per copy is looting.

Msc organic chemistry 1sem revaluation results not announced ..due to this we are very suffering in joining jobs. pls give result

It has been almost 14 days(25th Dec) since I requested to provide my migration certificate hard copy to my communication address. Have spent 5000/- to get a small piece of paper certificate. When I enquired before requesting for the certificate you people told me that it will take 7 days for normal 2 to 4 days for tatkal . since I need to join another college immediately, otherwise I will lose my seat. requested for tatkal only.

waited till 30th but no response. So I called COE and requested to get a soft copy for holding the seat tentatively until I provide the original certificate. Till now the original copy has not been reached to my address.

on 1st first of January, I sent a person to collect it even though they did not hand it over to him. they said will be delivered through post

On a daily call to the university number -[protected] but no proper response. is this way providing service to students even charging more amount.

If I do not get a seat only for this reason, will you be responsible ??

And also trying to get a postal waybill number to track that is also not provided from you.

It seems to be complete irresponsibility by AU and providing wrong information(30/12/2-2021) and maintaining the fake information in the Postal book. I just checked your Postal section[protected] with Madhu. He said that provided the migration certificate by you yesterday(06/01/2022) itself. Then when it reaches me and when I can submit it to the college office

You allotted AGL college Vizianagaram for second semester exams of BEd from 24-27 Nov 2021. They are not providing basic amenities like lockers to deposit mobile and hand bags. It is very problematic for ladies who are coming from other cities. Present days without mobile travelling and personal security very bother to family members.

College is located and surrounded by residential and commercial complexes. There is a question always raised about that how our university grant permission for such colleges. Look in to matter. Check the credentials of college, is they are following rules.

So far we haven't recieve the certificate consolidate marks list (Hi-tech) applied on[protected].I like to get notification or tracking from the Andhra university

There is no option to track the status of the Consolidated Certificate, whether preparing or dispatched. its been more than 40 days but still i did not receive any information.

Any tracking process would be helpful.
