[Resolved] Angel Broking — poor service | |||
Dear sir, I had open an account on 28july2017. Mr nadir and mr samuel visited my house on same day. They fill up the form and made an error in email id. I was told that it will be rectify within 24 hours but upto today that is almost 18 days i had not received a single mail and even welcome kit. I had already call 15 to 20 times with your helpline nos and your representatives and everytime i had been given false assurance that it will be rectify in 24 hrs. On 13th i had visited your ghatkopar branch at kailash plaza. There i met one lady and she gave me one rectification form. I told her that mr nazir had already sign and collected one week back and even i had her word with nazir. But same old things like government dept you are running from pillar to post. She once again gave me rectification form and told me to get it sign from my son and bring back to her. Sir i had account with indiabulls, edelweiss, smc and iifl but in my 20 years non of this broking house had told me to do this peon category job. They always send their person.
