[Resolved] Angel Broking Pvt Ltd — poor service | |||
My account has been suspended due to non submission of family declaration form. However i have sent the required form on 12 sep 2019 in their given address in email communication through professional courier. On 16 sep 2019, they have received my form. Till now they have not acted anything. Does an activation requires 14 days and more despite submitting the required documents. Their team at andheri office, ms ashika suresh puthran sent me the email seeking the required form to be sent to their branch address. I did it, but they were unable to reactivate my account even after 14 days of receiving my request form. These many days i am unable to trade. Who is going bear the my loss.
