Sir,
It is to point out that the services of Angel Broking is most unsatisfactory. What to speak that I have contacted for the last so many months and Mr. Bhagwan Punia assured me that all the things will be set right but after lapse of month's no progress have been noticed which is a matter of great concern. Further no proper response is given on telephone which is used to held up for a long time but usually tossing the call to one department to another department which is not only wasted the time but also increased the billing of telephone. The company has not provided any facility to resolve the issues or to recoupe the amount incurred to contact them.
I think that no one is giving heed to be heard properly as no one is caring his / her responsibility. There are so many issues which needs resolve ment immediately otherwise the company is loosing his name in the market due to numbers of complaints. I am sending some issues on another mail.
