Today we went to anjappar hotel at nagercoil. We ordered chicken biriyani. After 10 mins they gave a bowl of biriyani which was making very bad smell and i thought that it was spoiled. Moreover the rice was fermented. I ate a scoop of rice and came to know that it was completely spoiled. I complained about this issue to the server but he and the cash receiver are not taking it seriously. They simply saying that it is the smell of the sauce used in the biriyani. And i asked them, are u preparing biriyani with sauce? The answer was mute. I was totally disappointed. I ate in many anjappar branches at chennai. No where the food was like this.
