I had a lunch with family today.I ordered 2 Jigarthanda, while drink the same we found the plastic pieces in that.I asked the server, he simply dispose it and told that I inform to kitchen for preventing the same in future.

Today i buy food from anjapper restaurant ... its just a curd rice only bt looks like a mustard rice... afterward i make a call to that restaurant and sent the food pic to they given no ([protected]) bt till now i dtn get any response the worst customer service

Yesterday I had a lunch with my family in Your Padi branch.Since my wife and Mom are vegetarian I have vegetarian food and Non veg for my sons.The service was good and the order was came in time with out any delay and I am very much satisfied with the sevice But once we reached home in the evening me & my mom got loose motion.And late in the night I have been busy in the toilet.My mom was very uncomfortable feels like vomiting and two time she got loose motion.After the lockdown and long time we had a lunch to have good time but the vegetarian gravy particularly Kadai vegetable is not upto Mark I had a doubt in that .There are lot of hotels and restaurants are near to that but we came b'cos of the brand name and the quality you are atmost. Today I came to office late with medication.
As a customer after spending a lot we need good and safe food .Pls look in to your gravy storage area and ask some of your chef to taste before it going to the customer/guest.

Today i went Anjappar Chettinad Restaurant Kilpauk, very very worst, quality of food very bad, all storage food,

We ordered may dishes along with mutton chukka.They had given spoiled mutton and we got food poison.

Anjappar is not providing good food and they are cheating

We ordered in anjappar non veg chicken gravy and lollipop. bit spicy and all of our family member got diarrhoea next day. not at all acceptable this kind of worst food

Today I buyed poricha kozhi from your one of the best branch in chennai at porur branch. They again failed to pack the onion and minous. I have complained about the same issue with the same branch before 3 months. Now they have did the same mistake again. Now I came to realise that buying from your restaurant is waste of money and waste of time. Thanks for your worst and shameful service.

Today i buyed a poricha kozhi full on one of your restuarant as take away. They don't even packed a onion and minous for that. How can i eat this chicken without any side dishes. I paid ₹518 with gst for this product but i can't get the onion and minous value of ₹10 for this product. One of the worst services you people's providing to your valuable customers. I wondered about one thing on anjappar porur branch, chennai. How smart they are running the restuarant without giving a proper food for their customer. Big restuarant don't have enough onion and minous to serve.. Shame on your service if you need extra money for this onion and minous please ask openly and we pay for that... Worst service from your restuarant...

Today we ordered 2 veg meals and 3 biryani from the periyar nagar anjappar.
The veg was ordered because one o[censored]s was a vegetarian.
We were in for a shock to find out the hotel had supplied non vegetarian side dish for the veg meals...
The hotel went over the line by saying that they kept nv as they had ran out of veg side dishes.
It's utmost irresponsibility...

This is to inform you i was in anjappar (233-235 high st n, london, e6 1jg, united kingdom)
On the 30th of april 2018 between 12:30pm to 13:45pm. I ordered a variety of things with a total worth of £88.
After reaching home in birmingham i released that many of the items i had seen on the bill were missing
Like masala dosa and kotthu parrota. I live anjappar and would not want this to affect the brand so i intend to
Put it on several on line forms to bring notice to the senior management. The person on the counter was a tall lean
Young fellow who could speak some english. Please investigate it, i called the hotel and they told me someone called
Vetri was in charge and they would reply back but looks like the message never went across. It looks to me the people
Who are employed are a bunch of cheats. I have sent emails to both address [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@anjapparlondon.co. Uk. My phone number is mentioned in the email.

Today i went to anjappar restaurant in ashok nagar branch and purchase *nattu kozhi masala and non veg meals*. I have open the parcel, in nattu kozhi masala have only one piece available and non veg meals in sambar, apparam, sweet not available in parcel. This is not worth able and i'm very disappointed for this and requested to take action for this and don't repeated again.

I’m a regular customer to anjappar (Madurai) mattuthavani branch.. I bought mutton biriyani today.. It was a disappointment to see worms in mutton biriyani.. I request the management to kindly take this complaint into consideration.. Anjappar is a reputed restaurant, but this incident is highly disappointed on the food quality... Please do justice for the cost charged..

Today we went to anjappar hotel at nagercoil. We ordered chicken biriyani. After 10 mins they gave a bowl of biriyani which was making very bad smell and i thought that it was spoiled. Moreover the rice was fermented. I ate a scoop of rice and came to know that it was completely spoiled. I complained about this issue to the server but he and the cash receiver are not taking it seriously. They simply saying that it is the smell of the sauce used in the biriyani. And i asked them, are u preparing biriyani with sauce? The answer was mute. I was totally disappointed. I ate in many anjappar branches at chennai. No where the food was like this. This branch (Nagercoil) spoiling the brand name of entire anjappar.

Today (02/06/2016)we went to anjapaar restaurant ambattur, we ordered fish nuggets and prawn briyani and vanilla milkshake, where the fish nuggets is a special dish on that day, its fully salty and oily and we found dead files in prawn briyani we informed to the table supervisor he just shake his head and move off from that place, they milk shake was too high they cost around 150, no one response for food complaint we were waiting for long time after we finish our food they bought the bill we asked about the query but the supervisor reply for the dead flies only we deducted your mutton briyani cost and he simply reply fish nuggets is correct in taste, actually how cunning these people behave actually the complaint in prawn briyani its cost is 225 but they deduct in mutton briyani which is 165 rs, till last they never complaint in serious, very very very worst experience we had in ambattur anjappar resturant, really we fed up, we is spend a money for such a worth less food, at last we taught we might go for any buffet dinner for t same money even we might have food with more variety and we have best service also...

Today I bought Tandoori Chicken from Anjappar Heritage located in Kasturba Nagar, Adyar (Take away). Apparently, the chicken was prepared the previous night
They are loosing their reputation just of because of these cheap activities for making profits.
