Ankit — Dog barking in odd hours

Dear Mam/Sir,
In Karol Bagh Main market area near bikarmerwala and also other areas, we facing problems of barking of fast increasing no. Of dogs. It causes the trouble for concentration while studying. As a student, I would say one more thing that if these barking contribute to non- sucess of mine, ultimately it will be a loss to me, family and to overall economy also.
Kindly solve the issue. Early response would be highly appreciable.
