Anna University — Calculator not allowed

I am jagadish.k from mookambigai college of engineering .I have brought casio fx-991 es plus .it has approved in anna university but external sir will not permit the calculator into exam .I show proof of anna university calculator approved but did not understanding .so resolve this promblem .in this promblem som paper will arrear because calculator is not permitted.so please resolve
