[Resolved]  Anna University — Duplicate degree certificate applied. But didn't received till now

Sir myself BalaSuriyan. I have finished my B.E petrochemical engineering degree in 2020. I have lost my original degree certificate. So i applied in online in official anna university website for duplicate degree certificate. All payments & file uploading finished. But till now I didn't receive my degree certificate. Kindly please check it sir. My anna university registration number[protected]. I have reuploaded the witness certificate. But they are verified. But not sending my degree certificate. While in email contact before payment they are replying me. But after payment they are not replying. Kindly please help me sir/mam.Thank you.
