Anna University — Caution deposit refund - Rs. 9000 not credited

I am venkata krishnan P completed my undergraduation in pharmaceutical technology in Anna university BIT Campus Tiruchirappalli. I completed my course in the year[protected] and graduation day completed on Nov, 2022.
I have applied for caution deposit refund in AUKDC Website on Aug 2022.It shows status as verified in the aukdc website but I didn't received refund in my account. While checking with student affairs (e-governance), telling that refund application should be done within one year of course completion. We're not aware of this timelines for refund application and didn't found any rules and regulations in Anna university regulations 2017.Kindly consider this as serious issue and help us to claim the refund ASAP.
