My 4th semester attendance is low due to my health problem and I am first in shortage of attendance list .Anna university debarred me due shortage of attendance. A student in my class have same shortage and he is 2nd sem wash out and he was in 3rd sem attendance shortage list also in 4th sem but he got only sem bar because he is main agent of college admissions. Can I continue to my 5th semester after paying any amount of fine .there is only arrear subjects are printed in my hall ticket please consider my request I am not like to take any action against to my friend.I am giving this example only for to give proper understand about the situations

Admission breaking not provide certificates

The college getting over fees.also cannot give wi fi and all.but fees are included in the other fees.my clg is ramco institue of technology it is afflicated with anna unversity.the rules are that come to clg in only in bus.
