Anna University — Delay in Anna university Transcripts and Degree Certificate Attestation

Myself Madhan. I have applied for my anna university transcripts (App no. 154594)
It's been 40 days since, there is no progress in the status. I am trying to reach over phone and email daily for the last two weeks but nobody answering.
By this, my new job opportunity is on hold. It would be of great help if I can get transcripts as soon as possible. Thanks
