[Resolved]  Anna University — Delay in getting migration certificate

I'm Preethi G registration no. 13CS042, DOB-28/07/1996. I passed out B.E computer science engineering 2017 from NANDHA ENGINEERING COLLEGE which is affiliated to ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI.I have cleared all papers and I have no history of arrear. I had sent speed post on 11/11/2020 to anna university, controller of examination with all relevant document along with Rs 200 DD and one self addressed envelop as it is mentioned on website in order to receive migration certificate.But till today I have not received my migration certificate. I took admission in Delhi University.Now my college is asking for migration certificate, if I fail to produce migration certificate, my enrollment will get cancelled .kindly please help.
