[Resolved]  Anna University — Delay in sending transcripts for WES process

I had requested for my transcripts on September 30, 2022 via the university's online portal. It is 56 days and still no improvements over the request whereas I have received the transcripts for my masters from another university in just 4 days.

I sincerely request Anna university to send my transcripts as soon as possible because the entire process is being delayed by this one step. PFB my details,
