Anna University — Duplicate certificates

I have requested for dupolicte degree certificate/ marksheet and consolidated marksheet on Nov 07th 2023. I have received degree certificate and mark sheets after 1.5 month. However, one of the semester mark sheet(5th) is missing and still waiting for consolidated marksheet. Application No: A40410- B56317

I have sent multiple emails to followup. Never received any reply.Tried contacting the office numbers form anna university website. No response.
Portal (https://onlineservices.annauniv.edu/pages/forms/dashboard.php) is pathetic and has no way to track or communicate.

How do I contact them to expediate my request as its been almost 2 months and still waiting for certificates. some are even missing. This is not expected from Anna university. Also, other two requests were cancelled and rejected. However no refund.
