I have passed in the 2021 April/May open book exam. I am 2014 passed out student. So far I haven't received any of my certificates (provisional or overall mark statement and degree certificate). There is no proper response from university side for both online/offline enquiries.

I requested my transcripts on November 26, 2022 via the university's online portal. I have yet to see any updates on my request after more than a month. I have tried calling several times without success.

In view of the criticality of the matter and the delay due to transcripts, I sincerely request Anna University and the faculty concerned to expedite the process of sending my transcripts to WES.

I did account registration for getting online MOI. After I didn't receive any mail to log in information. Eventhough I was used my entered register no. which was given during registration process. I couldn't log in says, incorrect username

Anna university online services is not working, while providing the username getting error as incorrect username. please resolve the issue as soon as possible i need to send my transcripts to university

I have applied for the genuineness verification of my Bachelors degree on August 2022, and the univeristy have replied back with the document to my personal address.But it needs to be addressed to the consulate general Dubai for further processing.(edu1.[protected]@mea.gov.in).Please if you can respond as my Job is at high risk

I applied genuineness certificate( B.Tech Engineering ) for my government job purpose on[protected]. but still now didnt get my genuineness certificate sir. i spoke to this number[protected] but he is not properly respond my request for last two months . i was really disappointed . Here i attached the acknowledgement copy of the certificate. So i kindly request you sir please take the necessary action as soon as possible .

I had applied for the official transcripts through the anna university online portal on November 2, 2022. One of my document was rejected on November 3, 2022 as I'd uploaded the provisional certificate instead of the Degree certificate. The Degree certificate was then uploaded on November 4, 2022 and till date the document was still not verified.

Emailed them thrice and called every 2 to 3 days once but no response.

I am Al Ameen, an electrical engineering graduate(batch[protected] from 9615- Maria College of Engineering and Technology, Kanyakumari. My final semester exam were in November 2020 during the covid times.I have completed all fee and dues with respect to the academics, then also when I went to college recently on 28/10/2022 the college management compelled me to pay RS 1250 to take my certificates. They collected that amount without telling any reasons or any any receipts.The Management of the institution were not ready to give any answer for that amount they collected. I talked this with the principal many times.So finally i'm writing this complaint to you, kindly I requesting you to investigate about this and take care of the money paid by the students unnecessarily .

I have applied for Genuineness Verification - Degree Certificate from indian embassy dubai, for my visa. It is pending for a long time and no one is answering the call in this anna university department. Due to this delay, I am struck with the visa process. Please expedite.

Hi, I have uploaded a wrong document for WES Transcript application. I think that we can't update the wrongly uploaded document, so I need to delete the whole application and redo the entire process. But the application is not getting deleted. Can you please delete it from your end ?
