I have been selected for a single girl child scholarship by UGC. University has to link my master data to the SFMP portal. For checker approval, they have sent a request for a beneficiary code. But the beneficiary code is not yet generated and the checker cannot give approval also.

I have applied for my original degree certificate from both MIT and Anna University on 27th March, 2023.

For wes transcript application...Inside Anna University COE portal, when we try to apply for wes transcript, there should be 2 options for certificate.But for my user id alone those are not coming up.Its blocking my transcript application.
Who and how can I get it solved now.....
