Anna University — E-Verification is not done

I applied for my master degree certificate genuineness online on[protected] and still the status is pending.
My application number is CoE_PT613.
I’m calling them daily and there is no proper response from them.

Note that I also applied for esanad verification online and they said clearly that we are waiting for approval from Anna university.

Though Anna university charged 1500₹ their service to their own students is very poor. If it continues I may file a case in court.
