Anna University — fake m.e degree certificate as regular student... take action

Fake Regular Masters in Engineering degree is issued by many colleges under Anna university. One of the college in Nagercoil named as TCET is giving admissions for students as regular but they are working as well.. fake attendance and Fake Regular candidate ME degree is given by the college from Anna University. Don't know whether it is with the knowledge of the University.. this is purely cheating.. then what is the value of other graduates who go through all the examinations with full time regular attendance... these cheaters are paying money and getting the degree as same as who had hard worked regularly in college.. please don't encourage this kind of admissions and I want the university to enquiry about this and take action.. if not I will register a compalint against the university for destroying its value by giving such degrees..The candidate was a regular employee in an engineering college as faculty but was given a regular m.e degree holder by the university...
