Anna University — For the purpose of not issuing certificate

Respected Sir,
I am G. Dhinesh (STAFF ID 2299) and I worked as an assistant professor in ece department, VSB Engineering college, Karur. I joined 29/09/2021 and then am not able to work because of work problems and my health issues so I was relieved from the institute from 10/11/2021 but my appointment order date upto 29/09/2025 so the college still can't give my certificate. Kindly take action and provide me with my certificate because I am still not able to go to work and my family is now in a very tough situation. I attached my appointment order for your reference.
