Anna University — I'm complaining about my classification calculation and given second class degree for 6.50 CGPA.

I got 6.50 cgpa. And classification is updated in second class. I need a proper reason why second class is provided for 6.50 cgpa. I have attached my overall marksheet. If once clarified that. Please let me know. Reg no:[protected].
