The medium of instruction certificate was dispatched in 3 weeks. Transcripts have not yet been dispatched and it's nearly a month

Hi, did you receive the transcripts after a month. I am also facing the same issue. trying to know how many days after they sent you the transcripts.

Hi. For both MOI and Transcripts, I repeatedly called and emailed them. If you're lucky, they'll respond to your email or pick your call. After that, it's processed and dispatched in a day or two. This was my experience for both MOI and Transcript.
