Anna University — No updates Received on Request raised WES transcripts

I have raised a request for WES transcript . Please find the details below:

"TRANSCRIPTS, WES / OTHER FORM, MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION, NON ISSUANCE OF INDIVIDUAL MARK-SHEET ATTESTATION AND CGPA TO PERCENTAGE CONVERSION"

The above documents are supposed to be sent to Canada. It is definitely expected to be known to the anna university employees or officials that My WES request raised in wes expires in 60 days ( in my case it's November 2nd) and the documents are supposed to reach the Canada office before that.

There has been no change in status since the month of September. I have been trying to communicate with Anna university and don't seem to get a response. The mails redirect to a number and the calls to the number are not responded. Mails are not responded.

I have paid Rs3, 443 for the document to be sent. I visited the Anna university transcript department( the person denied giving her name to me) around September 8th and was told that I cannot do the process offline.
If its required for me to come in person to do the process then what is the need for an online request-raising facility? If the process is online then it is expected to have proper communication if not it's better to make it offline.

Please do the needful at the earliest possible and ensure that my documents reach the destination on time.
