Anna University — original certificates not received after resignation

I have joined as assistant professor in an autonomous college in coimbatore due to some personal issues i resigned my job. Now they asking 75000rs to return my original certificates. I didn't signed any agreement regarding this. A line mentioned in the appointment order. Now i am not in the state to pay amount. I need to join in another work. Please give me some solutions

Respected sir/madam
I am Muthu Sabari M studying in Meenakshi college of engineering west kk nagar . Reg no[protected] in my reportal entry I have eligible attendance for attending exam but in my college they asking me pay 2000 for lack of attendance so please take some nessasary action.they are forcing me to pay the amount. PLEASE take action
