Anna University — Payment is refund to my account

Address: TNEA 2020 Anna University Counselling 2019

I pay the engineering counselling amount rs.5000+5000 in two times on 19.07.2019. That amount debited in my account but not credit your account and the payment receipt page not come.
So i call tnea contact number they are told that you should pay again. So i pay the amount again. But the first payment amount not refunded. So consider my problem and please refund my amount as soon as possible.
