Hi sir.. I am be mechanical 2018 passed out student cleared my arriar in january 2019.. Still not received my provisional certificate.. I am planning to go abroad.. So i need provisional certificate badly.. Kindly help me to receive my provisional certificate as soon as possible.. My register num[protected].. Kindly take action as soon as possible sir.. It's my life.. Enquired my college and all.. But no response from the institution.. Please take my complaint and resolve it soon... It will be a big help from your side sir.
