Anna University — Refund of Counselling Fees

I was an applicant applied for M.Sc. Medical Physics in Application no.4340160. I paid Rs.5000/- for counselling fees by way of E.C.S in which was duly credited in your account which is refundable. subsequently I was unsuccessful in getting seat in your university so as per your terms, the said Rs.5000/-is to be paid back to me.I received a phone call from your university asking to send the details of paid amount of Rs.5000/- by downloading prescribed form of “The refund application” for refund. I had sent all the details of the payment and mybank particulars to get the refund of Rs.5000/- get credit into my a/c in Indian Bank, Yogappa Nagar Branch, Tanjore.now it has been Transferred to Indian Bank Cantonment Branch Tiruchirappalli. After completion of your requirement, still you have not refunded the said sum of Rs.5000/- as promised. I have been contacted over phone for one month and nobody was to attend my call. I tried various means to contact but it remained unanswered. Please credit the Refund Amount in the following Account details
