Sir/madam, I am mne of the student of affiliated college of anna university of[protected] batch. Due to one arrear i couldn't complete my degree by 2017, i had return exam in nov/dec 2018, as per information the result may come by jan /feb 2019, will it be possible for me to get my provisional and final marks memo before february, if i apply directly to university.
