Anna University — Subject paper valuation error

Respected sir, I'm Mechanical Engineering student. In Nov/Dec2014 semester Exam result i was failed in on subject. So, I applied for revaluation and photocopy.in that photocopy i found that one of 16marks question was Not-Valuated and page is missing for that question but continuation is there for that question. So, i go to college exam cell and informed to upload this problem to Anna university. But still now my problem is not solved and i applied for revaluation too. What can i do if that paper not cleared in revaluation.????
