Anna University — Threatening students

My brother is doing 4th year at Ponjesly engineering college, kanyakumari and he is forced to pay Rs 5000 towards placement charges. He has got 14 arreares and when i spoke to HOD about this, she started shouting and arguing that this fees has to be paid . Vulgar behaviur of staffs, students are even threatened that they are not allowed to write exams .

Please take severe action on the college to stop threatening students and their guardians
