Anna University — tnea application payment issue

Dear sir/madam,
I am applying for tnea counselling. While i was in payment step which i have done through iob pathway, i didn't receive the payment receipt even though my money got debited (Twice) and my application fees is rs.250. I lost 500 without even getting receipt for it. It says unable to process request and asked to try later. So i was not able to proceed further. Kindly please look into the issue.
