Anna University — Transcripts section poor response and worst behaviour

I am an Anna University Alumni. I want to apply for Transcripts for higher studies.
I had been trying to reach the transcript section so many times but the responsible staffs didn't even attend the call.
They are so negligent.
Finally when they attended the call once, the talk was so rude and call was cut while I was asking some details
They didn't attended my calls after that.

I didn't expect such a worst response from such a renowned University staffs
