Anna University — WES transcripts not received

Hi, I'm a CEG alumni. I have applied for WES transcripts in August 2022. It has been more than 2 months. There is no status seen on the onlineservices website as well. This document is very important for submitting my application. It's prolonged already. I have been making calls to multiple Anna university office phone numbers but in vein. My application number: B13894. Can you please look into this on priority.
