I have applied the convocation application form through postal at 13.12.2013. My convocation application DD No: 509504 dated 13.12.2013 Rs.1000 at Indian overseas bank kakkur payable at IOB pondicherry. Now I cannot receive the convocation for M.A., English to till date.
