I want to apply for a transcript for immigration purposes. I have attached copies of my wes, certificates and demand draft. Also, attached the postal copy with address i have sent demand draft on. Would you please confirm the time taken to send the transcript to canada. I will thankful to you. I request you to please follow the guideline of wes.

I had applied for the transcripts on 18 dec 2017. I haven't heard anything yet. I have tried to call many times but no one respond back they just hang up on me, even no one replying to my emails. Please it's been a long time and it's a urgent need to get transcripts send to given detailed address to canada. I'm running out of time to submit my documents. Please sort out the matter and update me as soon as possible. Please don't let me down. It's my humble request to you people to show some professionalism now. I'm in new zealand and having a really bad experience while dealing with uni staff. I hope you will take some action against it. I'm looking forward to hear from you.
