Collection of Cow Dung (Gobar) in front of House

Dear Sir,
I am the resident of House No. 655A/3/048, Adil Nagar, Gayatripuram, Kursi Road, Lucknow. I want to tell you that near my house some Dairies are running & So many Baffalows / Cows are there . The Dairy holder collected the Cow dung ( Gobar ) In a plot exactly in front of my house. due to that the whole area is affected with mosquito. So that seasonal deceases spread time to time. Ltd. with the cheques of Rs.233000 & 467000 respectivly dt 27/04/2006 & cheques has been encashed...
