[Resolved] Ansal Api Infrastructure — Booking Amount Refund- Ansal Township Indore | |||||
I have booked the 2bhk (B-SF231) flat at Indore- Ansal Township Indore on 12th Sept 2020 and the amount of the flat which was confirmed to me was 17.29 lacs and I paid 1.6 lac as the booking amount. But later Mr. Sathak Pathak called me one 30th Sept 2020 and said that the management is not agreeing with that flat final amount is increased to 18.06 Lacs due to which I have canceled the booking by emailing them and their team more than 2 months ago but still, there is no response on the email, calls or WhatsApp SMS from their management. I want my money back as soon as possible with the interest they have kept the amount unwantedly with them even after cancelation confirmation. They are just looting people in this way. Don't book any flats at this township. There RERA has been also suspended and most the bank is not ready to issue a home loan at this location, accept HDFC bank(don't know what internal deal they made with them) Was this information helpful? | |||||
