My family purchased a plot in Sushant city Meerut sector 4A in 2010 in resale. Transfer was made in the name of my mother. As registry wasn't opened at that time. Now after waiting for more a decade for registry we came to know last month that plot was not there in MDA approved MAP. There are around 10 plots missing in approved plan. Means Ansal sold 10 plots in sector 4A Meerut without acquiring land. Now the management there is not giving...

Dear Sir, With reference to the above I applied for a refund of the amount paid along with up-to-date interest. RERA issue RC[protected]and ordered Ansal to pay Rs13, 67, 711.14 is 12 equal installments.RC was issued on 29 January 2020, only 2 lacs is refunded yet. Every time I contact Ansal, I am told that the company has no funds to refund.

I had a shop in orchid plaza of ansal sushant city 1 jaipur which i bought in 2007. Despite 13 years of possession, shop has become a big liability, not able to rent out as whole township lagging in expected population and maintenance. Despite such pitiful situation, have paid high maintenance cost for this shop which is more than rs 1100 per month. Very bad experience. Sfml of ansal keep sending overdue maintenance charges...

I am an investor in Fairway project in K block in 2010. I have paid 70 percent of the amount and the consturction is still in raw stage. Ansal API sales team calls me to transfer the principal amount into another project and would not give any interest on it. The houses are expensive and do not have more money to invest.
