Greetings!, I had booked an apartment(F/0437) in Ansal API' Megapolis Fairway apartment project in 2009 and had paid subsequent instalments. The property was supposed to be delivered by Dec2013 as per agreement. However, the company did not complete the project and also remains evasive to reply. I am now looking for my flat and penalty of the amount along with interest since fraud has been committed...

    I am an investor in Fairway project in K block in 2010. I have paid 70 percent of the amount and the consturction is still in raw stage. Ansal API sales team calls me to transfer the principal amount into another project and would not give any interest on it. The houses are expensive and do not have more money to invest.

        This is Sunita Dixit my FD amount 3lakh in ansal API not received any payment 2/12/2013 this amount deposit after 3y FD amount in auto renewal with out my knowledge but amount not received this time my husband haret attack face very poor condition but amount not refunded by company my e mail sent but no response help me my problem is big because no urning in my side please help thanks

          There is no road, light and water facilty in this society from man years.Condition of these basic requirement is worse then rural area.please consider this complain seriously.if proper management is not possible for you then dont take mamnagement fees on sale purchasebof property and tansfer it to government so that we can get proper facity
