This is Sunita Dixit my FD amount 3lakh in ansal API not received any payment 2/12/2013 this amount deposit after 3y FD amount in auto renewal with out my knowledge but amount not received this time my husband haret attack face very poor condition but amount not refunded by company my e mail sent but no response help me my problem is big because no urning in my side please help thanks

There is no road, light and water facilty in this society from man years.Condition of these basic requirement is worse then rural area.please consider this complain seriously.if proper management is not possible for you then dont take mamnagement fees on sale purchasebof property and tansfer it to government so that we can get proper facity

I have not yet been paid the amount of my above FDR even though it matured 7 years ago in spite of numerous reminders and personal visits to API office in Connaught Place.

The maintenance amount is collected without having done any maint.In sushant city karnal haryana.The roads are not constructed and electrification sewerage etc not yet provided and i have been paying maint.For the last 12 years for plot 1696 b ansal api karnal sector 32.Please advice what to be done.

I would like to bring to your notice that intently big trees uprooted by one of construction contractor in Ansal Esencia.It is grave concern that this kind of activities freely allowed in Ansal Esencia. kindly take some punitive action against those who has responsible for this criminal act.

We have bought our house from last 3 years and we were promised that proper roads will be built and till today nothing has been done, which is causing big size road holes causing further water to accumulate, further that causes unhealthy and unhygienic surroundings, can cause diseases also, we have told so many times but no one is listening here, also the electric wires are all outside and not all lines are given tranformers also, they are saving all money and risking lives here,
It is ansal api-1, sector-114, Kharar landran road, mohali, punjab, we feel like common janta has nothing to get against these powerful people.

It is been 10 years, i have invested my hard earned money by booking a flat with ansal api fernhill gurgaon . Till now no refund of money nor the project is moving ahead

Company hasn't redeemed my matured Fixed deposit and also not paying interest on it.
I had sent mail requesting to redeem the amount as I required for urgent need of my husband treatment and Child fee but no response from the company.

लगभग 10 साल से पैसे जमा है। कोई फ्लैट मिला नही, और ना ही पैसे वापस मिले। कोई सम्पर्क होता है। बहुत परेशान है।

My Fixed Deposit no. B1/95155 with Ansal API matured long long ago but maturity proceeds not received by me. I am a senior citizen with no regular income and badly in need of my FD maturity proceeds.

Please remit my FD maturity proceeds with interest thereon.

Dear sir

1. I was allotted unit No A5/GF/02 in May 2009 of Aastha apartment in Sushant Golf City Lucknow.

2. I had paid Rs 172846.89 in three installments. Refer Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd customer ledger copy attached.

3. As the unit had been allotted till date, it is requested that the amount be reimbursed at the earliest with interest on priority.

I booked one unit in Paradise Diamond in 2010 before pandemic i was given confirmation on post that i will be getting my flat ready in 2021, but recently I visited your location at Lucknow ii came to know that project has been scrapped, keeping your customer in darkness for 10 years is highly unethical and unprofessional, please update on this as when will I get my flat

I've booked a flat in Ansal API Sushant Megapolis Greater Noida (Aasra Scheme) in 2009 however, builder is not able to give the possession till date and there is no communication. Staff doesn't have any information or they do not wish to give any clarity on the project completion...

With reference to above subject matter, I booked 1 flats in ‘ansal-api’ project at sushant megapolis a township of 2504 sq acre near pari chowk adjoining to bodaki (Greater noida).

This flat was booked in June 2011, directly through Ansal and was assured for possession during October 2012.

As per payment plan, we paid total amount
This project was started in 2008 and must be completed by 2012. I visited...
