Ansal Api Infrastructure — Complaint regarding pending Possession

We had booked and paid for a flat in 2010 (18th January 2010) and the possession was due within 42 months (18th July 2013) but had still not been given. We had contacted them several times in the past as well when they told us that the possession had been delayed due to some reasons. We demand a refund of the full amount at the earliest along with a suitable rate of interest (10%) on the same.
