Ansalapi — non payment of tdrno.89316 on maturity due on 12/04/2014

I have requested many times by mail n by phones but they are telling that as there is shortage of fund we wil make payment with 18% of Interest from maturity but on random basis on pickn Choise i.e a tdr due on 12 may can be paid before a tdr due on 12apl2014 we are their mercy Instead of date wise maturity i.e tdr due on 1may2014 wil paid prior to due on 2may 2014 .please help me to get payment Vipin kumar tara M
