Antilog Vacation — made fraud about your travel & run away after payment

With the booking id avb0011169, i had booked bali indonesia honeymoon package for 4 adults including all with flights with antilog vacations. When we all land at chennai airport to catch next flight of aiasia for kuala-lampur, airasia airport staff detention & offload all us & asked us for valid visa for malasia. Due to the flight is booked by antilog is point to point instead of continue/ connecting or via. So we must have malaysian visa to land & catch next flight form kuala-lampur. After that i called mr. Sumeet nayyer (Antilog) at around 6:00 am about this but his phone coming switched off, than i tried a lot to connect ms. Gunjan, head of mr. Sumeet but her call is not attended ever after that. Than i got call from mr. Sumeet & explain all the situation at chennai we are facing, he asked to let him talked with airasia staff, i made & connect them both on my phone but mr. Sumeet refuse to convince them because it a rule for point to point flight to having valid visa. Now on time flight is departed & we ere offloaded. Then after i requested mr. Sumeet make plenty of calls to arrange optional flight from their side for bali because its was their mistake, but mr. Sumeet is failed & not able to provide any flight arrangement & becuase now we don't have any flight airport authority is kicked out all we 4 people including our wife our of airport. And that things is very hear breaking, and insulting but this all thing very pathetic done with us just because of antilog's mistake. Form 8:30 pm to 1:45 pm we waited outside of airport in this hot summer. But at last at summet asked us to find way by our self & book flight at my and, and that's why we all are got angered and that's why we feel something is fishing & fraudulent activity. At last we decided to go back, to our home town because do do not got any support form antilog on time when we all were stuck here outside of airport & facing a lot insult & shame. Add on antilog asking us for make our way & book new flight at our own, that/s why we booked out flight for go back at 6:00 pm for ahmadabad. Now i am requesting to antilog to refund all my payment without any cutoff, with compensation of our insulation, problem we face & airfares chennai to ahmadabad & other expenses on chennai airport, its my humble request. This is now become matter of self respect & esteem because here we ere asked about our failure of trip & many more things, including a lot expense to survive at airport i hope antilog will showing their honesty & refund. I have the call record where mr. Sumeet refuse to arrange optional flight from chennai to bali & also refuse to refund with compensation."
