Worst company spoiled my entire familt vacation and i have to spend money on vochuer, sightseeing, entrance and on taxi
No guide was provided no help to assist us
V managed the entire 9 daystrip on my own money spent around 2 lakh
My complete package cost 3.50 lakh which was paid to tem completly.
They promised to pay amount i spent
Now they are not responding to calls nor emails
Service person...

I had taken package from antilog vacation for 4 people, but i have to cancel my tickets for 2 people. But they are not refunding my money as mentioned in package.
I have multiple interaction but they seems not interested once package gets sold.

They are asking for cancellation of 110%.

Every time i call them, they say will get back to you, but never did they reply.

With the booking id avb0011169, i had booked bali indonesia honeymoon package for 4 adults including all with flights with antilog vacations. When we all land at chennai airport to catch next flight of aiasia for kuala-lampur, airasia airport staff detention & offload all us & asked us for valid visa for malasia. Due to the flight is booked by antilog is point to point instead of continue/ connecting or via. So we must have malaysian visa...
