Myself emy, i paid 1 lakh rupees for this agency to attend kuwait moh exam. The exam was cancelled and i requested for refund money. After a long struggle i received half of the amount on 2018 march. Now, the agency people not answering my calls and no reply for msg. Mr. Hareesh is dealing my issues, i posted the same complaint before. I think after that no contact with us. This regarding the refund of 5 lakhs which we had paid on 25th of october 2017. Since the kuwait moh has been cancelled the money will be refunded 45- 50 days. As per your organization policy you assured me that once the cancellation form is submitted the money will be refunded within 45- 50 days but did not happen and now its already 14 months are completed and there is no response.
