The AO Smith geyser installed at my home developed problem in july 2024. The complaint was lodged with AO Smith and subsequently within a week a technician was sent by their service provider RS Enterprises Zirakpur. The geyser was repaired and I paid 1200 for the repairs ( 800 for the element and 400 for service charges). However the geyser did not even work for a week . Again complaint was lodged and after much followup ( for two months) the technician from RS Enterprises visited in October and again charged 400 for service, explaining that now thermostat had stopped working.
The geyser did not still work and I lodged a complaint again. The technician from RS enterprises said element was not working. They kept making excuses of element not being in stock and in spite of repeated calls that it was winters and geyser was not working, RS enterprises took another two months to send the technician with the element on 1st January 2025. This still did not work and in spite of repeated calls, wattsapp messages and followup, nothing has been done. The geyser is still non functional with more than 70% winters over. I am totally frustrated. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. I have paid charges twice but still nothing has been done to make it operational. Kindly help asap to solve the problem.
