Hi Team,
My Water purifier AO smith is under AMC. Few days back, a technician from AO Smith (Sanjeev from Dristhi service center Gurgaon) came and changed the membranes before my RO was running as normal. Since that day My RO Tank has not been filling up.
After continuing follow up for 2 days the same technician came and asked that as pressure is high we need to install a pressure control valve worth Rs. 1250/-.
Upon asking for a Bill or service report mentioning he changed the valve worth Rs 1250/- he refuses to do so and asked even I wont receive a message from the official link for this replacement.
Which in turn made me more spectacle as I was ready to pay but would need an original bill as he is replacing something.
I didn't understand how pressure is increased suddenly to a level where my device is not working or why he cannot give me a proper service report.
My issue is still open. Can you help me resolve the same.
