This is absolutely unacceptable response from AO Smith. Not at all expected this kind of service from you guys.

I'm having problem in my water purifier and raised complaint on Last Thursday day around 9 am.

Till now no response from your side and yesterday being Diwali, there were no stores buy water also.

Have escalated this ticket multiple times.

If you guys don't have bandwidth to serve the customers, why are selling products??

Worst ever service I had from any of the products.

I know this will take another 24 hrs to read this mail and action.

    Team, I am writing to you about pathetic service I have been receiving from last 4 days about my Water purifier, hoping that someone will read and take action quickly. My water purifier is not working from last 4 days for which I am reaching out to the service dealer in my area, Wakad - Pune. His ground team is really horrible and less experienced since 2 technicians could not resolve my problem. Everytime they replaced some part and said it is fixed but in few minutes the problem came back. These guys are really useless and don't care about support experience at all.       I bought a new gyeser from Amazon, order Id[protected] on 13th October 2023. It was delivered on 21st October 2023. There wasn't any instructions on the listing regarding installation so I got it installed locally. It worked fine on the first day but started making loud noises from the second and with each passing day the noise is becoming stronger.
      Today on 02/11/2023 I called AO smith customer care. First of all it was quite a hassle to connect but somehow I got to talk to their representative. When I told them about the issue with the new gyeser they said we do not provide service at your pincode so you can't claim your warranty.
      They didn't mention any of this either in their listing on Amazon or their user manual or warranty card that they do not provide service on selective pincodes.
      They sold a defective product to me and if any unfortunate incident happens who will take responsibility? I can't even claim my warranty. I spend rs. 7, 103 on this geyser. Please help.

        Raised complaint for service and asked to pay Rs.400/- as Service charge which I agreed, 2 days later received call from technician saying I need to pay fuel expenses as well, where I declined which is of total Rs.800/- hence case was closed updating false comments customer not willing to pay service charge. Escalated to AO smith and asked to reopen as there are false inputs, but customer service team declined to reopen and if required they will open new once and no action taken. Days are going and no service, not even confirming to dispose the unit, if they confirm I can dispose and purchase different brand where we can have good service. No response even after escalated via mail. Escalated to area manager as well, he is also supporting the Service Centre team, by deviating policy.

          I own an AO smith Water Purifier serial number B[protected] and I am from Hyderabad Sanath Nagar the product is AO Smith Pro Planet P6. while installation I purchased Health Care Plan # IND-137842 for two years i.e., is from 07/01/2022 to 06/01/2024.
          Right now, this year already 6 months completed, and they denied changing the filters. I have called so many times to the AO Smith executive to change the filters as it is timed out, and mentioned the water is not safe to drink. He is providing false information that my executive will come today or tomorrow. this scenario is continuing from last two months. I had proof of contract for two years for the service which I had already paid to the company AO Smith.

            I purchased AO Smith Z2pro ro on 18/09/2023 from Croma. Salma Khan, a technician from your company came to my house and assured me that I will get TDS above 40. I am getting TDS 25 and sometimes it goes up to TDS 22 as well, I had a word with your senior technicians Manmeet and Ravinder and a few more.
            They are not aware of which ro I have purchased totally lack knowledge and they tried to convince me that they would remove the copper filter and add Mintech and alkaline filter but I have checked the manual and I found that the Mintech filter is already there so why they are going to remove the copper filter and install Mintech. They were also saying that they would install an Alkaline filter and I have to pay 255 rs more. What scam you guys are doing I am really very disappointed. No one has full knowledge. I have a small kid and for my kid, I purchased this expensive RO, and nobody from your team is able to resolve my issue. Today I have again raised the complaint ( reference number[protected]on customer care but still, there is no proper resolution. And your technician is asking for more money.
            Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I need to involve Parag Kulkarni or Kevin J. Wheeler, Chairman, President & CEO.
            I am educated enough to know about TDS value and I have been using RO for the last 10 years. TDS 25 means it's only water, there are no minerals, etc. At least I am expecting TDS of more than 50 although I would be happy if it will be more than 100. But it should not be below 50.
            After that i got a call from senior guy and he said they can install Alkaline filter and i have to pay 255 rs for that filter but there will no warranty for that filter. And he said he don't have any solution for this low TDS value.
            And i was expecting polite behavior but he was trying to become my boss by raising his voice. He should be in a polite way in order to provide customer satisfaction to there customers. They should be teach by there seniors how to talk to there customer.

              We bought an AO Smith geyser. After we fitted it, the water is not heating when we turn the geyser on. I contacted AO Smith support and they allotted a technician. He visited and pointed out that there is a problem with our geyser. The warranty is still not expired, so I contacted support to ask whether the warranty applies to my case. To this, they keep telling that they are checking, but no proper response has been given by them. Even after multiple exchanges of emails, they never gave any conclusion and the repair person is demanding money for the repair. I demand a free repair/replacement, or refund.

              Multiple tickets have been raised and closed by support.

                WORST EXPERIENCE: AO Smith Water purifier started leaking after service and motor connector pipe was broken while tightening

                I raised a complaint for the water filter (purchased on 2022) saying there is a RED light glowing due to which I stopped using the water filter until fixed. I got the above ticket number.

                A service person came and dismantled the main box and said one of the filter is gone needs replacement. He asked if I have AMC and i said NO ( as i had called multiple times...

                Upon asking for a Bill or service report mentioning he changed the valve worth Rs 1250/- he refuses to do so and asked even I wont receive a message from the official link for this replacement.

                Which in turn made me more spectacle as I was ready to pay but would need an original bill as he is replacing something.

                I didn't understand how pressure is increased suddenly to a level where my device is not working or why he cannot give me a proper service report.

                My issue is still open. Can you help me resolve the same.

                  We purchased water heater of ao Smith on 17 July via Amazon and free installation was provided to us. We did multiple calls to customer care they do not pick up most of the times. Multiple escalation were raised . This is a very poor service

                      I have raised a complaint in May and is still in pending and I have been following up with the request regularly even then no solution, If i wait for 1 more month from now the warranty period will also be closed. I really don't understand why it is taking to replace a product?

                      Really disappointed with the service from a brand like AO Smith.

                      It's been almost a month to replace defective product. I have been following up regularly with respective departments even then they are not able to provide proper solution.

                      Whenever I call the person the always says it will be solved in 3 days or by end of the week.

                      I am not sure why it will take this much of time to replace a product.
                      I request you to provide refund as this is taking lot of time. I am spending additional amount i buying bottle from two months. Even after buying products wroth of 12k and still spending money on buying doesn't make sense to me.

                      When i am trying to upload videos it not accepting because of the size.

                      I sincerely requesting you to provide full refund so that I will buy a new product.

                        Dear Sir I raised a complain about my water ro .one technician visited and told us that membrane has been blocked.and he said amount would be 3200.so we decided to do afterward but he asked for visit charge we paid him 400.but today I got a bill from ao smith and in bill it is mention that we received 0 zero rs from us.case no 17759239.pls look into this issue.

                          We have bought AO Smith Z9 water purifier(Serial No- B[protected] on 12/7/2021 and within a month we started seeing water leakage problem. We requested the company to exchange with a new product as we were with in warranty. But we were given temporary solution initially but this occured very frequently causing lot of trouble and inconvenience. Some time later an engnieer who came to check the issue reported us that there is a known issue with this particular model. Seeing this issue occuring so many times we requested for an exchnage and despite we reached customer service many times we never got any proper response regarding exchange but everytime we were only given temporary patch and ignorde the main problem.

                          Since its not working with the customer service for what we are looking for, I am reaching out here so that we can find permanent solution by exchanging this water purifier with another working model or provide us with full refund. I appreciate your help in this matter. I can provide additional details if needed. Looking forward to hear from you.

                              Hi Everyone,

                              We have bought this product ( water purifier hot and normal model ) in the name of Ragu prasad, Bangalore. After 6 months we requested for service but even after contact customer care for a month no use. Customer support team, have not at all arranged the service.

                              I never expect, AO smith service will be this much Worst.

                                As per the attached file, the filters were replaced by ao smith when I called customer service. Since then some water is leaking and I tried to call everyone and no one came. Numbers mentioned in the bill or customer service. Customer service said that there is no complain registered with them and now I have to pay service charge again. No one is helping now
