This is to bring in your notice that i am facing issue with ao smith water filterz8 model which i have purchased in april 2018.
Last month i’ve noticed few particles in purified water and registered the complain for the same. Customer care responded quickly and technician came within no time. I requested him to check the filter, he said there is no need to check filters as it will be automatically appear on indicator if required. Then he checked tds which is ok (As i use municipal supply water which already has normal tds). Then he left and query has been mentioned as resolved from customer care end.
Next month, just after 3 days of warranty expire ro/ scpa indicators got on. Again i called customer care, they told me that your warranty has expired 3 days ago and now i have to pay rs[protected]+1350+400) to change the filter.
My question is, if i have registered a complain and showed live proof that there were water particles coming in filtered water, why filter not got changed that time only
There are 3 free services ao smith provide, and there were no filter has been changed in whole 1 year. Now 3 days after warranty expire i am getting the indicators on and need to pay for the service issue which was supposed to resolve last month within warranty period. Why should i wait for indicators if i am showing the physical proof of particles in purified water.
Team ao smith - i have invested my hard earned money not in the water filter but on the name and trust this company carries.
I am requesting to review this case and expecting a genuine solution from the team ao smith.
