I bought ao smith water heater from amzon at december, 2018. I have 3 years warranty.

I raised complaint by mail to ao smith customer care in one month before.

But still not issue has been resolved. Auto mail only received. Their technician just called and took the details about issue. After that still he didn't visit.

Updated by Praveen Kumar Sachin I had sent more than 5 mails to your team. But they just sent auto reply. But my issue has been still pending.

Also your technician not picking the call most time, if he attend the call, speaking like unprofessional. Also he is asking more money for service.

If you asked amount for service, what is the meaning of the warranty.
